  12. I don't make one super-distribution with all three programs
  13. because I don't make releases for all three simultaneously.
  14. dvipsk and xdvik are updated far more frequently than web2c.

  17. Cygnus distribution.

  19. Elizabeth, maybe Martyn's instructions could be put in
  20. FTP.nwc? I think that's the place for them. (Or in a separate
  21. file to which FTP.nwc refers.)
